Join us for a seven-week meditation challenge exploring contemplative practices that invite us to engage more deeply with our lives. Three times each week, you'll receive a guided meditation or contemplative exercise delivered directly to your inbox.
These practices go beyond simple mindfulness or breath awareness. Topics include hara practice, susokan and the extended outbreath, felt sense awareness, skillfully working with physical pain, anger, grief, and joy, and contemplations on death and impermanence.
While these practices invite us into deeper dimensions of contemplative work, everyone is welcome. Whether you are relatively new to meditation or have practiced for many years, you are invited to engage these teachings in ways that support and challenge you. These practices invite us beyond ideas and into direct experience – meeting life as it unfolds with curiosity, courage, and compassion.
